For small size printed bags, it can run 2 lines production.

Product Inquiry

Surface friction type unwind unit with two feeding motors (Optional).

It’s equipped with two sets of motors with automatic tension control for automatically unwinding. It has options to unwind single or two films rolls to facilitate the production.

Turn over type sealing bar.

It can be turn over for cleaning the sealing bar. That ensures the safety and keeps the maintenance easy.

Speed reducing unit for sending finished bag.

When the finished bags are sending out on the conveyor belt in high production speed, the automatic speed deceleration system can reduce the momentum for the bags. It helps to collect the finished bags neat and organized.

Two printing photocells.

It allows changing the production freely for running with a big size film roll for one line or two smaller film rolls for two lines. Optional: Two hot punching unit (for two lines only).Or one hot punching unit ( for one big size film)

Auto conveyor table with clamper for finished production for one or two lines.(Optional)
