SERVO FEEDING CONTROL SYSTEM & PRINTING PHOTO CELL
The New designed Big Monitor Servo feeding Control System can manage the "set up" data with high speed. The unique designed Printing Photo Cell is able to enhance the productivity, and it is easy to operate.
HOT SLITTING DEVICE
It features direct heating design for hot slitting, adjustable heating temperatures, smooth hot slitting output, adjustable speed to handle various film sizes, and easy to maintain.
PUNCHING DEVICE
This punching device is made with adjustable number of Punching Mold Quality Design.
It can produce 1-5 lines bag production.
It can be re-assembled as per requirement.
With including perforation & Hang-hole functions, also it can be multi-selection choice.
SEALING KNIFE "TURNOVER"DEVICE
The Newly Design structure of Sealing Knife is easy to clean.
While cleaning the Sealing Knife, the whole stack of bags can be moved away, and the Sealing Knife can be turned over.
HYDRAULIC UNWIND DEVICE
Hydraulic rack to lift the jumbo film roll automatically.
The max dia. of the film roll is 100 cm.
The max. weight of the film roll is 600 kg.
Provide auto tension control for driving the film by AC motor. Unwind speed is auto control, following the machine speed.
